The Los Angeles office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting and dynamic opportunity for a mid-level litigation associate attorney to work in the areas of soft intellectual property and unfair competition litigation. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience working on soft intellectual property matters (trademark and trade dress infringement, copyright infringement) and unfair competition/false advertising matters. This is an exciting and unique position focused on litigating plaintiffs-side claims related to anti-counterfeiting, trademark infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, and consumer protection. Large law firm or established boutique experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be active members of the California Bar in good standing.
