Job description

The Real Property Practice Group and Land Use team in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting opportunity for a senior associate or counsel attorney. We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 7 years experience with development projects and transactions. Candidates should bring a depth of experience in land use, real estate law, municipal law, permitting, and legislative advice. The ideal candidate has prior law firm or in-house legal counsel experience and is admitted to practice in Washington State. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently and a desire to work with our client teams in more complex projects and transactions.
