Job description
The Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine seeks a mid-level associate to join our Intellectual Property Litigation practice, focusing on patent litigation, litigation involving technology, and general commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of law firm experience, ideally in a mid-sized or large law firm setting. While not required, experience handling patent litigation and/or a technical undergraduate or graduate degree is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to receive mentorship and grow in an exciting practice area. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills and strong academic credentials are required. Washington bar admission is preferred but we will consider applications from out-of-state candidates who commit to joining the Washington bar after joining the firm.
