Job description

The Los Angeles office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting and dynamic opportunity for a junior to mid-level litigation associate attorney with a minimum of 2 years experience to work in the areas of intellectual property and data privacy. Large law firm or established boutique experience is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates have experience with preparing motions and discovery and an interest in building writing, deposition, and oral advocacy skills directly from seasoned litigation partners. For junior candidates, a willingness to work on patent and other IP matters is also preferred. For mid-level candidates, we are seeking more in-depth IP experience and a technical background for those considering patent litigation. Clerkship experience preferred. Requirements also include strong oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, in the California Bar.
