Job description
The Immigration Practice Group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a staff attorney to join, preferably in its Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle office. Qualified candidates will have minimum 5 years of experience handling all aspects of business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, E, TN, O-1, B-1, F-1); consular processing; immigrant visas (EB1, EB2, EB3, and PERM); and I-9 audits and other immigration compliance issues. INSZoom or similar immigration database software experience preferred. The group is collegial and fast paced, and this position provides excellent opportunities for professional development though it is not a partnership track position.
Candidates must have an active, in good standing, state bar license, prior or current membership in American Immigration Lawyers Association, excellent writing skills, high level of attention to detail, track record of responsiveness, and positive professional references. All replies confidential.
