Job description

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP ("DWT") seeks an exceptional mid-level associate attorney with strong corporate finance and transactional skills to join the Business and Tax practice group. DWT is an AmLaw 100 law firm with eight offices nationwide. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in venture capital and growth equity financings, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. We are seeking a highly capable, driven lawyer with the desire to practice with and enhance an entrepreneurial team. Candidates must have at least three years of experience, strong academic credentials, writing skills, and references. Big market large law firm experience is preferred. For applicants seeking to relocate, reasonable relocation and bar expenses will be paid.
